At Bevocean, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product is unused and in original packaging

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Products marked as non-returnable

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method
• For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
